Full sublimation is our default for soccer jerseys because the design is dyed into the fabric — it never cracks, peels or fades, and there is no limit on colors, gradients or all-over patterns. For simpler kits we also offer screen printing, heat transfer and embroidery.

Can I order a small quantity with mixed sizes and numbers?

Yes. Within one design you can mix youth and adult sizes and give every jersey a different name and number at no extra cost, so a single small team can order without paying more per piece.

Will the player names and numbers peel or crack?

No. With full sublimation the names, numbers and logos are dyed into the fabric rather than pressed on top, so they will not peel, crack or fade even after repeated washing and a full season of play.

Can you match our exact club colors?

Yes. Send us your Pantone codes or artwork and we color-match the kit and crest precisely, then confirm it on your digital mockup before production begins.

Do you make matching shorts and socks?

Yes. We manufacture complete soccer kits — jerseys, shorts and socks — plus goalkeeper jerseys, training tops and tracksuits, all in the same design and colorway.

How is international shipping and customs handled?

Soccer kits leave Xiamen by express courier, air or sea, and we can quote DDP door to door so the figure you approve already includes freight and duty. If you want the numbers first, our shipping cost and import duty reference gives the HS codes for sublimated jerseys (6114.30, or 6109.90 if the shirt is classified as a T-shirt, which more than doubles the US rate), the duty rate for your country, and who pays what under EXW, FOB and DDP.

Sizing

Our adult soccer jerseys run XS to 6XL, with an M measuring 72 cm long and 110 cm around the chest, and youth kit covers YS to YXXL for wearers 115–168 cm tall. How many soccer kits should a club order per player?

Order one match jersey, shorts and socks per registered player, plus two or three spare jerseys in your most common sizes. Squads change, garments get damaged and a single replacement is awkward later because the minimum is 10 pieces per design and a later dye batch can differ very slightly in shade. Clubs playing in a league with a colour clash rule usually add a second contrasting jersey, which is a separate design and therefore its own 10-piece minimum.

Can goalkeeper kits match the team design?

Yes. We produce the goalkeeper set from the same artwork in a contrasting colourway, so it reads as part of the same kit while staying distinguishable from the outfield players and both teams, as competition rules require. Long sleeves, padded elbows and goalkeeper shorts can all be specified, and the goalkeeper set counts as its own design for minimum order purposes.

Can custom soccer jerseys include multiple sponsor logos?

Yes. Because the jersey is fully sublimated, additional sponsor logos on the chest, back, sleeves and shorts cost nothing extra in printing terms, and there is no per-colour charge. Send each logo as a vector file. Only decoration that is physically added, such as an embroidered crest or a heat transfer number, adds cost per element.

Can I reorder one replacement soccer jersey later?

Our minimum is 10 pieces per design, so a single replacement is not a standard order. The reliable approach is to order two or three spares with the original run. If you need one piece later, send us the original order number and we will tell you whether it can be added to a scheduled run of the same design, and flag any slight dye batch difference before you commit.

What should be included in a complete custom soccer kit?

A complete kit is jersey, shorts and socks per player, with player names and numbers included in the price. Most clubs add a goalkeeper set in a contrasting colourway, and many add training tops, a warm-up jacket and pants. Each distinct design carries its own 10-piece minimum, so plan the whole kit in one enquiry to keep the schedule and the quote together.

What is the best fit for youth soccer uniforms?

Order youth sizes by height and chest measurement rather than by age, using the finished-garment figures on our youth chart, and choose a relaxed rather than athletic cut so the jersey moves with a growing player. Going one size up is reasonable for a season; going two sizes up makes the jersey a snag risk and looks wrong in team photos.
