How a custom order works

Every custom sportswear order follows the same five steps, whether it is a single school team or a full league programme.

1. Send us your sport, quantity, size breakdown and artwork. We reply with an itemised quote within 24 hours.
2. Approve the free digital mockup, or order a physical pre-production sample first.
3. We produce in-house: sublimation printing, cutting, sewing and inline quality control.
4. Final inspection, individual polybags and export packing.
5. Freight by air, express or sea, with DDP door-to-door delivery available.

What we need from you for an accurate quote

To quote a custom sportswear order precisely instead of in ranges, send us:

• Sport and items needed, for example jerseys only or jersey plus shorts and socks.
• Total quantity and the size breakdown for youth and adult.
• Your logo or artwork files, plus Pantone codes if you have them.
• Player names and numbers, if you need them printed.
• Any fabric or decoration preference such as sublimation, embroidery or twill.
• Destination country and city, so we can quote freight.

Payment, freight and reorders

We accept T/T bank transfer and Alibaba Trade Assurance escrow, normally a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. Small trial orders can be paid in full up front. Freight is always quoted separately from the garment price, based on weight, volume and destination.

We ship by express courier, air or sea, with DDP door-to-door delivery available to most countries. If you need to work out the landed cost before you order, our shipping cost and import duty page sets out the HS codes for team kit, duty and VAT rates by country, and exactly which costs sit with us and which sit with you under EXW, FOB and DDP. Reorders of the same design skip both the sampling stage and the one-time setup fee, so a repeat run of custom sportswear normally ships faster and costs less per piece than the first order. If your season has a fixed deadline, tell us the date you need the kit in hand.

Certifications and factory checks

Eliian is a TÜV Rheinland-assessed and Alibaba-verified video factory in No. 71, Chaoli Industrial Park, Meixi Road, Tong’an District, Xiamen, Fujian, China. We can arrange a live video walkthrough of the production line, and third-party pre-shipment inspection is welcome on any custom sportswear order.
