About This Website
This website presents the products and manufacturing services of Xiamen Eliian Industrial & Trading Co., Ltd. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding order; all orders are confirmed by written quotation and proforma invoice.
Quotations & Orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Production begins after sample or mockup approval and receipt of the agreed deposit or Trade Assurance order confirmation. Lead times are estimates from approval date and exclude shipping transit time.
Intellectual Property
You confirm that designs, logos and artwork you submit for production are owned by you or licensed to you. We do not reproduce trademarked designs without authorization, and we never resell or reuse client artwork.
Quality & Claims
Goods are inspected before dispatch. Claims for defects must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photos; verified defects are remedied by replacement or refund as agreed. Orders placed via Alibaba Trade Assurance additionally enjoy the platform's escrow protection.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
