What is the minimum order for custom volleyball jerseys?
Ten pieces per design. That is straightforward for the team colourway. It is not straightforward for the libero, because a squad needs only one or two libero shirts and that is below the per-design minimum — so ask us directly how your libero pieces will be quoted and produced rather than assuming they are included.
Can you make a fitted women’s cut?
Yes, as a specification. Tell us at enquiry stage and we will quote and sample it. We do not currently publish a women’s graded block on the site, so the graded spec for your style should be confirmed in writing before bulk.
Will the numbers meet our federation’s rules?
They will meet whatever you specify. Number height, placement and contrast requirements differ between federations and leagues, so send us the rule in writing and we will build the mockup to it. We are the manufacturer, not the compliance authority.
Do sublimated names cost extra per player?
No separate decoration operation is added, because names are printed with the design. Confirm the line on your quotation, but this is the main reason sublimation suits small squad orders with individual naming.
How long does production take?
Fifteen to twenty days after you approve the pre-production sample, plus shipping. Samples take around a week. Add time if your slot falls near Chinese New Year.

Sizing
We have not published a volleyball-specific graded block. Our published adult tops in centimetres and inches are on the sportswear size chart, and the differences between them are real rather than cosmetic — our basketball jersey runs 3 cm longer than our soccer jersey at every size, and our published bottoms blocks are graded to wearer height in a way that does not line up with the tops blocks at the same label.
