- Squat test: stretch the fabric over the knee and seat in daylight and check for show-through.
- Waistband: does it stay up during movement without rolling down?
- Seams: stretch each seam; it should recover without popped stitches.
- Colour: compare against your Pantone reference in daylight.
- Wash test: wash once as your care label will say and check shape and colour.
